Email Word Document Not as an Attachment
so That Even Recipients Without
MS Word Can View Your Document
1.Start by opening an existing Word Document you wish to send from your “my documents or documents” or start a new Word Document by opening Word, type out your letter and then click file then save or click on the save button (3rd button from the left) – Enter a file name for the document, click on save.

2.Click on the 4th button from the left (email button)

3.If you don’t see the email button (click on file, then send to, mail recipient—the one NOT as an attachment)

4.Type in the recipient’s email address [or click on To: and select the email address, click To: button on the right–Click OK
5.Type a new subject (optional)
6.Click on “send a copy” in the upper left
7.This will send the message using your default email client.
8.To get rid of the send a copy To: email bar in Word, just click once on the email button again to return to previous word Layout.
Note: this is just one way. Another way would be to copy and paste the word document from Word to a new email message. More on copying and pasting subject in another tutorial.
