Hi Heather,

I'm assuming you are now using the new full Windows Live hotmail...they moved them from the side in Hotmail "classic mode." When using Windows LIVE Hotmail after you click on forward, you need to click on the "TO.." When you hold the cursor over the TO.. it reads, "choose a contact".

Your contacts should appear and you can select the contact from the drop down list. (Click once on any conact from the drop down list, after you have clicked once on all contacts you wish to send your email message to then click the X in the upper right of the drop down list, then send.)

If you are still using the Classic Mode of Hotmail then scroll all the way over to the right and look for the scroll bar for the contact list on the far right of the contact list and scroll down. (make sure you are on the scroll bar for the contacts and not the scroll bar for the window.)

Is there a reason that all of my contacts do not show up anymore when I try to forward a message? They are all still in my contacts list...
